Store Terms and Conditions
- We package our orders in tear resistant mailers with a layer of bubble wrap. This is for most packages. Flat rate priority packages will be mailed in supplies provided by the USPS.
- Used and New parts will be packaged separately within your shipment. We have no set method for packing parts. If you have a special request, please make note on the order and we will accommodate within reason.
- Used Minifigs are stored in individual baggies and shipped assembled. New Minifigs are stored in individual baggies and are shipped unassembled.
- Orders are pulled and packaged in the order they are received.
- Orders are not shipped on Sunday or Holidays
- Store shipping time is set at 3-5 days. We regularly ship sooner than this.
- We utilize the United States Postal Service for all orders.
- All orders are shipped with a Tracking Number.
- The tracking number will be added to your order prior to shipment. Packages are not marked shipped until they have been dropped at the post office.
- Tracking information is located within your order.
- You can track using either the USPS Website or through Brick Owl on the order page.
- **If an order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. We will check at the local post office for issues.
- New Parts are parts that have never been played with and were obtained from reputable sources. New does not mean they are mint. Parts may have traveled a considerable distance which may have resulted in some marks on them.
- Used items are typically listed as “used Good”. Items may have wear, scuffs, and scratches. We do our best to exclude discolored parts, damaged parts, or parts with heavy wear.
- Some parts have slight variations due to a change of mold, we cannot guarantee that these listings are always correct particularly for new condition. Used listings will be more accurate regarding mold. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific variation or have questions.
- You can add parts to your original order if it has not reached 'Processed' Status.
- We will also hold an order at your request if needed.
- We do not impose an order-combining fee.
- The shipping amount will be adjusted (based on the additional weight) if your addition bumps your order to a higher weight band. The increase in shipping will be reflected in the shopping cart at time of check out.
- Custom forms will be filled out accurately using the order total as the value of the contents. Please do not ask us to falsify the customs form.
- Please check your own countries' customs information prior to ordering since you may be required to pay customs fees and/or VAT Tax on an order.
- International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive and USPS tracking for international orders does not update online once leaving the United States. Often the local post office will have additional information which the store can request in person. Notify us if there is an issue presents with an order.
- At this time we accept Paypal and Credit Card Payments. If you use Paypal eCheck to pay, the order may be delayed until payment clears.
Whoops!! Mistakes on Orders Received
- We are human and make mistakes.
- If you should receive your order and discover a mistake, please contact us so we have the opportunity to make corrections.
- From time to time we do go out of town or enjoy a holiday. If you should find the store closed and don't mind the wait, feel free to place an order.
- Orders placed in the store while closed will not be processed until the store resumes open status.
- Dates of store closing will be posted on the home page and as a note on shipping methods.
- We do not leave orders unfilled prior to the store closing. All orders placed prior to the status changing to closed will be shipped.
Returns and Cancelled Orders
- Returns are negotiable. Orders can be canceled prior to the order reaching "shipped" status. Send a message to request an order cancellation.
